Paul Marks is the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Lead Industrial Development Manager for The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this capacity, Paul leads a team of three Industrial Development Managers to fulfill MFC’s Offset, Industrial Participation, and Localization obligations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Previously, Paul was a Senior Business Development Manager for Lockheed Martin’s Energy Business. In that role, he was responsible for developing all aspects of the Energy Business from a New Initiative to a sustainable entity which included leveraging LM’s Global Offsets obligations to benefit the host nations while simultaneously growing the LM Energy Line of Business.
Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Paul served in a variety of increasingly responsible positions at Siemens Power Transmissions and Distribution, including Director of Iraq Energy Infrastructure Reconstruction. Paul was also a Six-Sigma Black Belt at General Electric Power Systems. Mr. Marks is also a former United States Air Force B-52 Electronic Warfare Office. Paul holds a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University and a Bachelor of Science, Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California.
