Artificial intelligence is fundamentally transforming the very fabric of national security operating environments. Traditional elements of national power are rapidly changing given advancing technologies, economic disintermediation and political rebalancing. Key global drivers include increasing connectivity, compression of timescales, complexity, and uncertainty. These change the shape, scope and contexts of national security futures and industrial cooperation. They also necessitate a strategic re-think to enable government and industry leaders to prepare for imminent challenges in an evolving landscape.
