Overview of the Public Private Partnership in South Africa
This presentation will look at how we define a PPP in South Africa, clarify on the roles played by GTAC and Treasury (Technical and Regulator) and, the new amendments to the regulations.
Lindokuhle Hlatshwayo is currently Senior Project Advisor: Business Development, Tourism and ICT, GTAC, Transaction Advisory Services and PPPs. He’s been advising on PPPs for the past 19 years on all spheres of Government and some Public Entities. He has advised on a number of PPP projects in different sectors and addressed a number of conferences around the country and neighboring SADC Countries as well as training on PPPs.
