Ligia McLean is the Director of Business Development, Offset & Industrial Participation, for Honeywell Aerospace Technologies. Ligia has been with Honeywell since 2022. During that time, she has focused on establishing Honeywell’s Offset & Industrial Participation group and strengthening relationships with Honeywell’s offset customers. Her role involves developing a team that can create new offset initiatives to support Prime/OEM obligations globally.
Prior to Honeywell, Ligia worked at The Boeing Company for over 25 years in the International Strategic Partnerships group covering Offset & Industrial Participation. At Boeing she took on the challenge of developing projects that met offset requirements in the European and NATO arena as well as cross-country opportunities that created growth globally for international entities and OEMs. Her background includes a degree in Business Management and a Masters from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).
Overall, in this field Ligia has discovered that she embraces challenging situations and enjoys the process of overcoming obstacles. Outside of work, Ligia enjoys mentoring young students interested in STEM, spending time with her husband and two grandchildren, and exploring new restaurants.
