Retired Col. Khalid Al Fahdi started his career at the Oman Ministry of Defense (Royal Air Force of Oman) in 1990 and graduated as a Commissioned Officer from Royal Air Force College CRANWELL in the United Kingdom. Progressed his career as a Supply Chain Logistics officer. Claimed the ladder and commanded various Logistics posts at Royal Air Force Stations. Core Project Team member for the Oman F 16, EURO Fighter Projects. His last post as a commissioned officer was the Oman Euro fighter Project Commander. Retired in 2020, with the rank of Colonel. Beginning of 2024, he joined the Partnership for Development PFD Team as a Consultant. Khalid has a master’s degree in MA Business Management from the University of Portsmouth, UK, & master’s degree in Defense and Strategic Studies from the National Defense University, PLA, China.
