Kevin Cannon is an Industrial Development & Offset Manager at Lockheed Martin, leading strategic industrial partnerships and offset programs across Europe. In his current role within the Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) business area, Kevin develops and executes industrial participation strategies tailored to the national priorities, policy frameworks, and economic objectives of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). He works closely with foreign governments and local industries to structure agreements and partnerships that align with Lockheed Martin’s global supply chain and support international business development goals.
Kevin brings over a decade of defense industry experience across multiple international markets, business areas, and mission areas. Previously, he managed Industrial Development efforts for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region within Lockheed Martin’s Aeronautics business area, where he led the execution of formal offset programs and supported new business captures through regional engagement.
Prior to his work in industrial development, Kevin served as a Capture Manager for Lockheed Martin’s Air Mobility & Maritime Missions (AMMM) line of business. He also held various systems engineering and field service positions with the Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) business area supporting advanced missile defense systems (THAAD/PAC-3), rotary-wing targeting and vision systems (Apache MTADS/PNVS), and mobile artillery platforms (HIMARS/MLRS). His early career included safety engineering for guided munitions and requirements compliance engineering for digital instrumentation in commercial nuclear power applications.
Kevin holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Southern Methodist University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering from Penn State University. He is a certified Engineer-in-Training and an alum of Lockheed Martin’s Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP).
