Jacob McMinn serves as a Program Manager within Lockheed Martin’s industrial development team, with responsibilities as the lead for Lockheed Martin’s industrial development strategy in Romania. This strategy entails the identification and capture of world-leading capability across small-to-medium sized enterprise and R&D ecosystems in Romania to ensure delivery to customers. In this role, Jacob also coordinates cross-business area offset efforts in support of Lockheed Martin pursuits and engages with government and industry to drive partnership and collaboration.
In addition to his responsibilities in Romania, Jacob serves as the Director of the Australian Global Supply Chain Program. In this role, he manages the Lockheed Martin Office of Australian Industrial Participation (OAIP), which facilitates competitive bidding opportunities for the Australian Defence Industry. This includes the facilitation of introductions for Australian Defence Industry to appropriate Lockheed Martin technical and purchasing decision makers. Jacob works with the Department of Defence, specifically the Defence Domestic Policy Branch, to remove impediments to Australian Defence Industry’s ability to access bidding opportunities within Lockheed Martin’s global supply chain.
Jacob has more than two decades of both private and public sector experience across global supply chains, export market promotion and international business.
