This presentation explores the evolving landscape of European defence spending. As budgets increase, driven by initiatives such as ReArm Europe Plan / Readiness 2030, new opportunities and challenges emerge for European Armed Forces, procurement agencies, and the wider defence industry. In this rapidly changing environment, strategic planning is more critical than ever. We will examine innovative approaches and methodologies that help assess future military capabilities, optimize procurement decisions, and enhance overall decision-making. We will also look at ways of supporting the defence industry in better understanding the evolving market landscape, identifying emerging opportunities, and strengthening its positioning to drive growth and sales.
