IAMCO was established to serve as a prime contractor for the five largest NAPMO Nations (excluding the US), focusing on broadening the industrial base.
IAMCO’s missions include providing Depot Level Maintenance (DLM) and industrial support services for the NAEW&C fleet, and distributing Industrial Benefits (IBs) as directed by the NAPMO BOD.
IAMCO’s work is done through contracts which cover Depot Level Maintenance tasks (aircraft, engine, and component), Industrial Benefits management, logistics tasks (material and NATO Furnished Property handling), and support services.
A key part of IAMCO’s work is managing Industry to Industry offsets to meet NAPMO Nations’ IB goals. IAMCO facilitates these offsets by working with Parent Companies to connect potential customers and vendors, ensuring that business transactions occur.
In summary, IAMCO delivers comprehensive logistics support to the NAEW&C Fleet and fulfils NAPMO Nations’ Industrial Benefit goals by providing DLM, material management, technical and engineering services, MOB services, and Industry to Industry Offsets.
